Recorded Reflections
First Encounters with the Akashic Records
The Akashic Records are often described as a source of spiritual guidance and insight. But more than anything, they are a space of listening, a place where we can return to reconnect with the deeper truth of who we are.
This short series of reflections offers a gentle introduction to the spirit of the Records.
Each recording explores a different aspect of the work: what it feels like to enter the Records, the compassionate perspective they offer, and the relationship that develops over time with the wisdom that supports our lives.
You may listen to these reflections in order, or simply begin with whichever one calls to you.
There is nothing you need to understand or achieve while listening.
Simply allow the reflections to create a quiet space for curiosity, listening, and remembering.

Audio Reflection | 4 min 40 secOver the years, I've noticed that the students who feel most at home in this work often share certain qualities, values, and ways of approaching their spiritual path. Rather than adding a longer list, I recorded a brief reflection.
The Two-Second Answer
Audio Reflection | 5 min 13 secA client asked me how I was doing recently, and for a brief moment I considered how to answer. Not because I wanted to be dishonest, but because the truthful answer would have taken far longer than the moment allowed. This reflection explores the invisible lives we carry, the stories that don't fit into a two-second response, and the sacred opportunity to hold space for what is often left unseen.
What Do the Records Want Me to Know?
Audio Reflection | 5 min 40 sec"What are my soul's purposes?"
"What do the Records want me to know?"
These are two of the most common questions I hear from new clients. They're sincere questions, and yet over the years, I've found them surprisingly difficult to answer at the beginning of a reading.
In this reflection, I explore why context matters, why purpose is often revealed through our lives rather than separate from them, and why one of my favorite questions has become:
"What's going on?"
These reflections offer a gentle introduction to the spirit of the Akashic Records.
If you would like to spend a few quiet moments experiencing this work more directly, you may wish to begin with Arriving, a short guided audio that gently introduces the experience of working with the Records.
